LivX is built with safety in mind. We work around the clock to keep the platform safe, so you can focus on connecting.
We monitor messages and profiles for prohibited content, including attempts to share personal contact information outside the platform.
Profile photos are screened for inappropriate content. Photos that violate our guidelines are removed and the account may be actioned.
We have built-in protections during video calls to help prevent inappropriate content from being shown on camera.
Your data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections. We follow industry best practices to keep your information safe.
Our moderation team reviews reports, investigates violations, and takes action against rule-breakers every day.
Reports are reviewed promptly. Severe violations result in immediate action, including permanent bans and device blocks.
If someone makes you feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or is breaking our Community Guidelines, report them immediately. Every report is reviewed by our team.
Tap the flag icon on the call screen. You can report while the call is still active — the other person won't know.
Tap the three-dot menu on their profile and select "Report". Choose a category and add details if you'd like.
Long-press on a specific message and select "Report". This flags the message and the sender for review.
Tap the flag icon next to any user in your call history to report them after the fact.

What happens after you report? Our moderation team reviews every report. Depending on the severity, the reported user may receive a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. We may not always be able to share the specific outcome, but rest assured every report is taken seriously.
Under Article 16 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), any individual or entity can notify us of content on LivX they consider illegal. You can submit a notice in two ways:
We strive to acknowledge receipt of every valid notice and to handle notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner.
Statement of reasons (Article 17 DSA). If we restrict content you posted, restrict your account, or take other moderation action that affects you, we will provide you with a clear and specific statement of reasons explaining the decision, the rules or laws relied on, and how you can contest it. You can contest any moderation decision by replying to the statement of reasons or by emailing support@livxapp.com.
Human review of significant decisions. Before we apply a significant restriction (account suspension, termination, coin forfeiture, or device-level ban), a human moderator reviews the case — except in cases of urgent risk to users, where action may be taken pending review. See the section on automated decision-making in our Privacy Policy for further detail.

Remember: LivX will never ask for your password, payment details, or personal information via message. If someone claiming to be "LivX support" asks for this, it's a scam — report them immediately.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. LivX is not a substitute for emergency services and cannot intervene in real-time emergencies.

Safety is not a one-time effort — it's an ongoing commitment. We continuously improve our protections, review our policies, and invest in keeping LivX a safe place for everyone. Repeat offenders are permanently banned and blocked from creating new accounts.
